Process

From Brief to Container

George takes a project from scope and material selection through factory-direct sourcing, production checks, packing and container delivery. Each step is checked against the approved drawings, samples and specifications.

FAQ

Building Materials Supply FAQs

Answers about product categories, minimum quantities, approvals and shipping arrangements.

Can we start with just one product category?

Yes. You can start with one category, such as kitchen cabinets, or combine several categories in one order. Share the products, quantities, destination and target dates so we can confirm the supply scope. If you need an item not listed on the site, send the details for review.

What's your minimum order quantity?

There is no single MOQ. It depends on the category and the project. Single-category and smaller first orders are welcome. Send the categories, quantities, and destination, and we will confirm what we can produce and ship.

What's a typical lead time?

It depends on the categories, quantities and how quickly samples and drawings are approved. Each category quotation states its own lead time. The proposal confirms the overall schedule.

Can we approve samples, finishes and drawings before production?

Yes. For most orders, we submit samples, finish options and drawings for approval before production is released. Approval is recorded in writing. Sample availability, cost and timing depend on the item and destination.

Where do you deliver, and which trade terms do you use?

We ship worldwide. Projects supplied to date cover 180+ destination countries. FOB, CIF, DDP and other terms are confirmed in the quotation, together with packing, consolidation and destination requirements.

Can you consolidate products from different suppliers into one shipment?

Yes. Products from different factories can be packed, labeled and consolidated for one international shipment. Routing, destination services, customs responsibilities and final delivery are confirmed in the quotation and shipping terms.
