FAQ
FAQs
Quick answers to common questions from global clients.
What should I send to plan furniture for a project?
A room or furniture schedule, approximate dimensions, quantities, intended use, and preferred materials, finishes or upholstery. Include access or installation constraints if they affect delivery and placement.
Can we coordinate finishes and upholstery before ordering?
Yes. Send the finish and fabric references you need, then review samples or product specifications before approval. Colour, texture and availability vary by material and batch — confirm the selected references for the order.
What should we confirm about assembly and packing?
Whether each item ships assembled or flat-packed, what parts and instructions are included, and how items are protected and labelled. Confirm delivery and installation responsibilities in the project scope.
Can you manufacture custom furniture from drawings or reference images?
Yes. We develop dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware and quantities from your drawings or references, then confirm everything before production.
Can loose and custom furniture ship together?
Yes. Custom-made and sourced furniture can be consolidated, with the packing format — flat-pack or assembled — agreed per product.
What do you provide for installation or assembly?
Assembly instructions, hardware kits and product labels. On-site assembly stays with your local team.
