One-Stop Building Materials · About Us

A Building Materials Partner Based in Foshan

George Co., Ltd., established in Foshan in 2006, supplies building and interior materials for international projects and coordinates selection, approvals, production, quality checks and delivery under one scope.

From Foshan to the World

George Co., Ltd. was established in Foshan, Guangdong, in 2006. We supply building materials for international projects, with technical coordination and delivery under the same scope. Design support is used to develop and visualize the material package. It does not replace the architect or designer of record.

A Foshan Base for Selection and Coordination

Project teams compare materials, review finishes and finalize selections here. Customization, soft furnishings and related packages can be included when required. Material development, production and quality review support the stages that follow.

Production runs through our own manufacturing base and approved partner factories. Each quotation states the production source and the responsible party for each product. All production follows the same quality review process.

  2. Make the Decisions

    04–06
    1. Review Samples and Finishes

Compare samples and finishes with the design and technical requirements.

    2. Refine the Drawings

Update drawings and selections as review comments are resolved.

    3. Confirm the Scope

Approve the scope, commercial terms and specifications before production is released.

  3. Deliver and Support

    07–09
    1. Track Production

Share progress and open questions against the approved specification.

    2. Check, Pack and Ship

Run the agreed quality checks, then pack and ship under the confirmed terms. Site guidance is included only when the proposal states it.

FAQ

FAQs

Quick answers to common questions from global clients.

Is George a manufacturer or a trading company?

George combines manufacturing with sourcing and supply coordination. Depending on the product, supply may come from George's own production base or partner factories. The same quality-control requirements apply across these sources.

Does George manufacture everything it supplies?

No. Some products are made by George, while others are supplied through partner factories or sourced for the order. The supply arrangements depend on the products you select and can be discussed before ordering.

Can you provide product certificates?

Availability depends on the selected product. Share any certification or documentation requirements for your destination before ordering so we can confirm what supporting documents are available. Certificates should not be assumed to cover every product or destination.

Can we visit George in Foshan to compare materials?

Yes. The Foshan center is set up for side-by-side material comparison and selection reviews. Send the project requirements and preferred dates, and we will confirm whether the visit can be arranged.
