FAQ
FAQs
Quick answers to common questions from global clients.
What should we send to plan hotel supplies?
Room types and counts, public-area requirements, a product schedule, brand or operating standards, and target project stages. Tell us which products and decisions are fixed and which are still open.
Can products be reviewed with a sample room or mock-up?
Yes, where the products and project scope allow. Agree which items will be reviewed, the approval criteria, and the effect on procurement timing before extending selections across the project.
Can products be organised by room or phase?
Yes. Group requirements by room type, area and delivery phase; we align product references, quantities, labels and packing with that schedule. Consolidation and phased-shipment plans are confirmed for the project and destination.
Can you supply a complete hotel package across categories?
Yes. FF&E and operating supplies — furniture, lighting, sanitary ware, wall panels, appliances and guest supplies — can be coordinated in one order with room-by-room schedules.
Can you handle repeat orders and spares?
Yes. Repeat production and spare-part supply can be planned with the initial order, keeping references consistent for reorders.
How is a multi-category hotel order consolidated for shipping?
One coding system references every package by room or area; consolidation, packing lists and loading follow the agreed delivery plan.
