Furnishings and Wall Panels Intro

FAQ

FAQs

Quick answers to common questions from global clients.

What measurements do you need for soft furnishings?

Finished opening or room dimensions, plus the items required — curtains, blinds, upholstery, decorative textiles or wall panels. For panels, include the wall surface, layout and joint details where available. Confirm final site dimensions before production.

Which fabric and lining details should we specify?

Fabric references, colour, texture, lining or opacity, intended use and care expectations. For wall panels, add the material, finish and installation context. For hospitality or regulated spaces, include the fire or performance specification so we can check the exact material against it.

Can we check colour and texture before ordering?

Yes. Request the available fabric or finish reference and review it under suitable lighting next to your other materials. Appearance can vary between samples, screens and production batches — record the approved reference and confirm batch arrangements.

Can panels and furnishings be matched to an approved sample?

Yes. Wallcoverings, fabrics, curtains, leathers and panel finishes are checked against the approved colour, texture, sheen and performance reference.

Can materials meet fire-performance requirements?

Where the project requires it, fire-performance specifications are confirmed for the destination market before ordering.

How is dye-lot variation managed?

We plan one project in a single dye lot where possible, and keep batch references in the project record.
